WBJZ FM (B104) reserves the right to stop the contest at any time.

IF, AFTER THE CONTEST HAS BEGUN, changes or updates to the contest are deemed necessary, the changes will be announced on WBJZ, 104.7FM at approximately 12:30pm on the day that the change is to take effect. In addition, an addendum outlining the changes will be printed and made available on the station website.

TO ENTER ON-AIR be the 9th caller to (920) 230-1047 at the time of contest solicitation, unless otherwise stated.

TO ENTER ONLINE Submit the required information on the B104 Website (www.B104online.com). Only one entry per person per e-mail address will be allowed each day, unless otherwise specified on the contest page of www.B104online.com.

In the case of a random drawing for online contests, ODDS OF WINNING are based on the number of participants who enter the contest. Winners shall be selected in a random drawing unless otherwise specified on the contest page of www.B104online.com.

In the case of an on-air contest associated with a Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected out of all on-air qualifiers and awarded Grand Prize on-air. Odds of winning depend upon number of on-air qualifiers.

ONLY ONE (1) WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD IS PERMITTED. Persons from households where an individual has won a prize from $0.00 to $499.00 within thirty (30) days prior to the date the contest begins are ineligible to participate in the contest. Persons from households where an individual has won a prize valued at $500.00 or more within one (1) year prior to the date the contest begins are ineligible to participate in the contest.

INDIVIDUALS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE or older to be able to participate in the contest and claim the prize. If winner is under the age of 18, the winner's legal guardian must claim the prize and will be held to the terms outlined in the B104 On-Air / Online Contest Rules. Some contests may have a higher minimum age requirement to comply with applicable laws and/or sponsor requirements and will be specified on-air / online at the time of solicitation.

EMPLOYEES OF Martini Media, LLC, Corp and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate in the contest.

EMPLOYEES OF ANY SPONSOR or agency involved with the contest are ineligible to participate in the contest, as are members of their respective families.

THE STATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ANY video, audio, photographic or print material which involves the winner(s) or their families for promotional use without further permission or compensation and winners agree to participate with the station and its advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting winners' names, winnings, their picture or character likeness without further compensation.

PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash, except in the sole discretion of the station.

NO SUBSTITUTION OR TRANSFER of prize is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner.

ALL WINNERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE agreeing to hold harmless Martini Media LLC, Caxambas Corp, Radio Station WBJZ (B104), the sponsor and prize underwriter, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including any property damage, personal injury or death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest or with the use of any prizes awarded in connection with the contest.

ALL DECISIONS OF STATION MANAGEMENT with regard to the awarding of the prizes, the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
